“The logo must include a sapphire and be related to dancing”, the client asks. Sometimes little requests like this can be difficult to meet while still creating an efficient logo. I did a few pretty cool designs where the dancer appears to be ‘interacting’ with the sapphire, i.e. dancing on top of it, lying on it, etc. but ultimately the client chose this one.
^ I particularly liked this ‘flashdance’ version, but the client understandably felt it was a little too erotic for her business.
